Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By contacting Meridian Beaumont Asphalt Paving ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), requesting an estimate, scheduling work, or using our website at beaumontasphaltpaving.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services or website.
We may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted at beaumontasphaltpaving.com/terms-and-conditions with the revised effective date shown above.
Meridian Beaumont Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related exterior paving services to residential and commercial customers in Beaumont, CA and surrounding areas. Specific services are described on our website and in individual written proposals provided to customers.
We reserve the right to decline any request for service at our discretion. Acceptance of a request does not constitute a binding contract until a written proposal or agreement is signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
Estimates provided by Meridian Beaumont Asphalt Paving are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. An estimate is not a guaranteed price and may be subject to change if site conditions, scope of work, or material costs change materially from what was assessed at the time of the estimate.
Final pricing will be confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before proceeding.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on the scheduled date. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any necessary rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover mobilization and preparation costs already incurred, as set out in your written proposal.
Payment terms are set out in your individual written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Title to materials installed at the property does not pass to the customer until payment is received in full. We reserve all rights and remedies available under California law to collect unpaid amounts.
To allow us to complete work safely and properly, you agree to:
We are not responsible for damage to underground features that were not disclosed prior to work beginning.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty coverage specific to your project will be set out in your written proposal. Where no specific warranty is stated, we warrant that work will be completed in a workmanlike manner using materials appropriate for the scope.
Our warranty covers workmanship defects only. It does not cover damage caused by: normal wear and tear, weather events, ground movement, vehicle or equipment misuse, chemical spills, or failure to follow any post-installation care instructions provided by our crew.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN YOUR WRITTEN PROPOSAL.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the Company's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these terms will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly through a direct conversation. You can reach us at (909) 766-6720 or sales@beaumontasphaltpaving.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal proceedings will be filed in the appropriate court of California.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action related to these terms or our services will be brought exclusively in California.
